Previous incidents

We are currently experiencing instability on auth.k4rt1.xyz due to systemd-related issues affecting server performance. Some authentication requests may fail or respond slowly.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full functionality as soon as possible. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience.

With combined efforts of both development teams (EU-FI and AS-IN), we have successfully migrated operations over to the EU-FI server with minimal loss of progress. We are continuing to make the authorization service the best it can be.

We identified the root cause of the second outage to be related to the database servers. Due to a power fluctuation, the servers crashed, automatically triggering the 503 page to be declared. We found the issue, and have patched it. This may occur again, and we will work more efficiently in patching it up.

We have successfully resolved the issue, and all services are up and functional again. We will continue to monitor for any downtime.

We have migrated our CDN servers from FI servers to IN servers until further notice. Only affected portions of the service include and are limited to: time taken to connect to servers.

We have issued a fix for the repeated downtime, and will continue to monitor. www.k4rt1.xyz is currently online.

We discovered the outage was caused by improperly setup DNS server. We have patched the issue, all systems are in full working order.
